Her career spans hospital-based leadership, regional programs, and national HTM initiatives, with experience ranging from Chief Biomedical Engineer to National HTM Consultant. Antoinnette has a talent for bringing clinical, technical, and operational teams together—improving how HTM programs function and helping technical professionals strengthen the communication and leadership skills essential to their success.
